COOKHAM MEDICAL CENTRE   01628 810242

All GP appointments will initially be on the telephone. If you have an appointment booked with a GP, please do not come to the surgery – please stay at home and the doctor will call you at the allocated time. The GP will do all they can to help you over the phone – however, should they feel the need to see you face to face for an examination, you will be invited to the surgery for review.

COOKHAM PHARMACY - 01628 521369

We have a limited delivery service for prescriptions on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays between 12pm and 4pm (2 hour window between these times) - for house-bound patients (who otherwise do not have anyone to pick up their meds for them) - deliveries require a signature on receipt.

We are able to take payments by phone if patients are self-isolating.

If there is someone that can collect these goods from the pharmacy, this would be much appreciated so that we can concentrate on getting the prescriptions out to patients (obviously if we are going to that address, we will deliver other goods!) .

Our delivery driver will be following a standard operating procedure to ensure his safety if visiting a self-isolating patient(s). Happy to share this information with anyone who is helping get essentials out to self-isolating patients.

Please feel free to call me at the pharmacy (521369) or email cookham@hamcparland.co.uk.
